Experience dining as a Thai royal at LAO. Tease your palate with starters such as grilled lobster with tamarind caviar sauce and crispy soft-shell crab. 'Run Juan,' a classic spicy sour soup from the royal palace recipes, is the perfect way to warm up for the next course. Delight your senses with the main course dishes such as Gai Pad Khing (stir-fried chicken with ginger sauce) and Gang Ra Wang (royal beef curry with young bamboo shoots). The meal is rounded off with Sang Khaya, a sweet treat made of egg custard with cream, pandan sticky rice, and ice cream.
