LAO’s chef de cuisine, Bayu Fidiyanto, from Indonesia has crafted a special menu of favourites from the beautiful island of Bali. Full of history and distinctive flavours, diners will be treated to a four-course meal starting with traditional Satay Lilit and Sup Daging Komoh with pulled beef followed by the main course of Bebek Betutu featuring succulent duck in rich bumbu betutu. The tour concludes with the traditional dessert LakLak Ubud incorporating the famous Balinese pancake.
