Our story started in 1930 in Geneva at a restaurant called "Café de Paris" where Chef Boubier developed the world-famous butter sauce “Café de Paris” named after his restaurant. In 1942, he gifted his secret recipe to his daughter, thus enabled her to launch an astonishing concept idea of offering a Single Menu Formula consisting of a Green Salad, 200 grams of Entrecôte Steak with “Café de Paris” butter and French Fries.
