Jean George’s dual concept eatery at the Four Seasons at Jumeirah Beach combines the fine-dining DJ Dining Room and casual eatery DJ Kitchen. The venue consists of three tiers; luxurious fine-dining at the JG Dining Room, casual eats with a sharing menu at the chic cafe-style JG Kitchen, and the JG Bar where you can socialize over classic cocktails, fine wines and spirits, as well as bites from the JG Kitchen menu.
The JG Dining Room’s menu is a combination of new, edgy dishes and signature plates full of Chef Jean-Georges signature style that is responsible for New York-based sister restaurant’s three Michelin stars. The more casual atmosphere of JG Kitchen is also reflected in the food, where you can find a great selection of gastro-pub cuisine with innovative culinary twists, including a cheeseburger with miso-yuzu dressing, and lobster and mozzarella pizza! The JB bar with its lounge style seating and ambient lighting is the connecting link between the two restaurants; here guests are welcomed to dine alfresco or enjoy drinks on the outdoor bar terrace.
The decadent decor and design showcased at JG Dubai is nothing short of grandiose. From suspended hand-blown glass chandeliers to curve glass walls and the mirrored ceiling art gives the eatery a chic, sophisticated look while making a statement.
