Description
The first neighborhood pizza parlor opened in Massa Lubrense, a small fishing village near Naples, in southern Italy. Agata and Osvaldo Casa decided to open 'Margherita' in 1959, at the same time that their first son, Giovanni, was born. Over the years, Giovanni learned the ropes of life in a kitchen, mastered original Neapolitan recipes handed down from his mother, and became a great chef. Margherita still offers today those same recipes that conserve the authentic flavors of the South of Italy.
