Marbre Fusion Grill is a unique, vibrant, grill concept that can easily be described as the food lovers’ paradise. With a mission to keep the flavour while elevating the experience, the chef, Alexandros Tsiotinis, tames the flames of the Argentinian charcoal open parrilla (barbecue) grill for perfectly grilled meat, fish and vegetables.
His unique take on grilled food results in an imaginative and delicious range of dishes, including Cretan Tomahawk Steak with a home-made barbeque sauce Picanha from Argentinian Beef with a real bearnaize sauce, Tuna Steak and Oxtail Pasticcio.
