Restaurant Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for table reservations at Barakuda Seafood Restaurant. By making a reservation, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Reservation Confirmation
  • All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by the restaurant. You will receive a confirmation via email or phone once your booking is confirmed.
  • Guests booking for more than 8pax may reserve directly with us via +63 956 6515 733 or send us a DM on any of our socials.

2. Arrival Time
  • We encourage guests to arrive 10-15 minutes before the reserved time to allow for a seamless process and to ensure you get the best possible dining experience.
  • Tables will be held for a grace period of 20 minutes. After this time, we reserve the right to release the table to other guests if we have not been informed of any delays.
  • If you are running late, please contact the restaurant to inform us of your expected arrival time. We will do our best to accommodate, but please note that we may need to adjust the seating based on availability.

3. Cancellation Policy
  • If you wish to cancel your booking, please let us know at least 24 hours before your reserved time so that we can make necessary adjustments.
  • We reserve the right to cancel reservations for no-shows or late arrivals exceeding 20 minutes beyond the reservation time.
  • Large group reservations (more than 8 guests) may be subject to a longer cancellation notice, such as 72 hours.

4. Changes to Reservations
  • Any changes to your reservation (such as guest numbers or time adjustments) should be made as early as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee availability.
  • Significant changes to group sizes may result in a reallocation of tables and will need prior approval.

5. Group Reservations
  • Group reservations may require a set menu or pre-order for parties of [8] or more guests.

6. Special Requests
  • We will do our best to accommodate any special requests, such as dietary requirements or seating preferences. Please inform us at the time of booking.
  • Special requests are not guaranteed and are subject to availability.

7. Service Charges
  • A service charge of 10% will be applied to your bill.

8. Health and Safety
  • We kindly ask all guests to follow any health and safety protocols in place at the restaurant, including but not limited to hygiene measures, social distancing, and wearing masks where applicable.
  • If any member of your party is feeling unwell or experiencing symptoms of illness, we request that you reschedule your reservation.

9. Restaurant Rights
  • The restaurant reserves the right to refuse service to any guest(s) who violate these terms or engage in inappropriate behavior.
  • We reserve the right to adjust or cancel reservations in the event of unforeseen circumstances such as changes in government regulations, emergencies, or other operational reasons.

10. Liability
  • The restaurant is not liable for any personal items lost or damaged during your visit.
  • We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your reservation or dining experience.

11. Final Payment
  • Final payment for the meal and any applicable fees (such as service charge) will be required at the end of the dining experience.
  • We accept payment via cash, debit/credit card, GCash, etc. Please check with us beforehand for acceptable payment methods.

12. Privacy
  • Your personal information provided during the booking process will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
