- Arrival Time: Please arrive on time for your seating; all guests must be present. Tables held 15 mins, notify for lateness. -Combining Reservations: To ensure fairness and manage table availability, each booking must stand alone. Requests to combine tables will result in automatic cancellation of the reservation. For larger groups or special arrangements, please contact us directly. - Table Allocation: We try to meet preferences, but specific tables aren't guaranteed due to high demand. - Deposit: Groups of 10+ need 100,000 deposit/person, deducted from final bill. No-shows may lose deposit. - Cancellation: Non-refundable deposit if cancel < 24 hrs or on the day. Charges for chosen menu on day cancellations. - Food & Drink: Dishes may contain nuts; ask staff. No outside food/drinks. Alcohol refusal at staff's discretion. - Loss & Damage: Keep belongings attended; not liable for loss/damage to items left unattended.
