The Main Suspect (Choose Your Family)
The Underboss’s Chicken Pot Pie:
A comforting classic to warm your bones. Tender chunks of Mary's free-range chicken baked in a rich, savory gravy with sweet peas and carrots, all encased in a flaky, golden deep-dish crust. Served with a generous side of creamy, buttery russet mashed potatoes to sop up every drop.
The Capo’s Cut:
·An impossibly tender, slow-braised Niman Ranch short rib, resting on a bed of rich mashed potatoes, peas, and carrots. Finished with a velvety braising cream studded with roasted wild forest mushrooms, and topped table-side with a melting coin of roasted bone marrow, black pepper, and garlic butter.
The Family’s Alibi (Vegan):
A harvest feast worth keeping quiet about. A slow-roasted half acorn squash stuffed with a savory blend of wild rice, dried cranberries, toasted pumpkin seeds, and fresh sage. Served over a vibrant root vegetable purée and finished with a dark balsamic and blackberry reduction.
For the kids
Choice of house mac and cheese, buttered noodles or chicken tenders and fries.
