  • Your booking is confirmed once we receive your full payment.
  • If you cancel 48 hours or more before your visit, you’ll get a full refund.
  • Later cancellations and no‑shows are not refunded.
  • Children pay the child rate shown at booking.
  • An adult must supervise children at all times on the Living Food Campus.
  • Please arrive on time. If you’re late, you may miss part of the tour, and the price stays the same.
  • If we have to cancel, we’ll offer you a new date or a full refund.
  • We are outdoors, so please dress appropriately, and dress warmly if it’s chilly.
  • We grow or make everything, so our menu changes with the seasons; some items may differ from what’s described.
