Byzantino Restaurant will hold your table for 15 minutes after the reservation time.
After this time your table may be released to other customers.
On public holidays, festivals and other busy periods, we may charge a deposit per person to confirm your table.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the reservation will not be eligible for a refund of the deposit.

Group Dining Policy
To ensure smooth and timely service for all our guests, groups of 11+ guests are kindly requested to pre-order their lunch or dinner menu at least 8 hours in advance.
After booking, our team will contact the group organiser with menu options and assist with selections.
If the group chooses not to pre-order, they will be able to select only from the All-Day Menu or the Mezze Experience upon arrival.
