Restaurant Terms & Conditions

1. Reservation Duration:
Reservations are allocated a duration of approximately 2 hours.
Online reservations are strictly for Dining reservations.

2. Menu:
Calma Menu.

3. Weather Considerations:
All outdoor reservations are subject to change based on weather conditions.

4. Group Reservations:
For reservations of more than 16 guests, we kindly ask that you contact us directly on +357 25 051 333 to arrange your booking.

5. Reservation Hold Time:
Reservations will be held for a grace period of 15 minutes. If the guest hasn't arrived or contacted us by then, the table may be released to accommodate other guests.

6. Decoration Policy:
We do not allow any party decorations in the restaurant such as balloons, banners, confetti or glitter. Should you wish to have a celebration cake, please call us at least 48 hours prior to your reservation and we would be delighted to assist. Cakes brought from outside are permitted, please note, inline with our health and safety standards, we kindly request proof of purchase for celebration cakes brought from outside confectioneries.

7. Table Allocations:
While we always do our best to accommodate requests, all tables are allocated upon arrival and cannot be guaranteed in advance.

8. Pet Policy:
Small breed dogs (up to 20kg) are welcome in our outdoor area.

9. Dress Code:
Our dress code is smart casual.

10. Child Policy:
Children of all ages are welcome and should be included in reservation numbers. If you require a highchair or space for a pushchair, kindly mention this when booking. Please note, highchairs are subject to availability.

11. Reservation Deposit:
On Festive dates, public holidays and other busy periods we may require a deposit to secure your booking. 
Deposit will be refunded within 24 hours following your arrival time at the restaurant.
Cancellations made less than  72 hours of the reservation will not be eligible for a refund of the deposit.
