The order is binding for the customer from the moment of its completion in the online store. A change is only possible on the part of the operator. The online store reserves the right to cancel the whole order or part of it. In such a case, the online store is obliged to inform the customer without undue delay by phone, text message or e-mail. If it is not possible to process a part of the order within the deadline for processing the order specified in the terms and conditions, the remaining part of the ordered goods will be delivered to the customer on a substitute confirmed and mutually agreed date.
