Restaurant Terms & Conditions
1. Reservation Policy:
• All guests must be on a departing flight from Nadi International Airport. The Chef’s Table is located in the Fiji Airways Premier Lounge at the Nadi International Airport, after completion of check-in, Immigration and security formalities.
2. Arrival Time:
• Guests are kindly requested to arrive on time for their reservation. We may hold your table for up to 15 minutes after the reservation time, after which the table may be released to accommodate other guests.
3. Group Size:
• Please inform us in advance of any changes to the number of guests in your party. We reserve the right to refuse entry or accommodation to groups exceeding the specified reservation size without prior notice.
• Acceptance of additional guests is subject to availability
4. Deposit
• A 50% non-refundable deposit will be collected prior to the reservation via phone call from a designated Fiji Airways staff member. Acceptable forms of payment for this deposit are any local or international debit or credit cards.
• The remainder of the bill will be charged upon entry at the Fiji Airways Premier Lounge. Acceptable forms of payment are cash, local bank EFTPOS card, any local or international debit or credit cards.
5. Special Requests:
• The Chef’s Table is a set degustation menu carefully crafted to showcase fine dining Fijian cuisine, therefore, we are unable to cater for special requests.
6. Management Discretion:
• General Premier Lounge terms of use are applicable.
• Management reserves the right to refuse service or entry to any guest who violates our policies or engages in disruptive behavior, without refund or compensation.
