Restaurant Terms & Conditions
Reservation Scope: Our online reservation system is designed primarily for guests who plan to enjoy our full meal offerings. If you wish to order only beverages or desserts, we invite you to experience our well-appointed lounge.
Timeliness: Your reserved table will be held for up to 15 minutes beyond your scheduled reservation time. If you are running late, please call us (+382 68 445 577) to avoid forfeiting your table. We appreciate your understanding and promptness.
Dining Duration: Each reservation is for a period of 2 hours. To respect the experiences of subsequent guests, we request that you vacate your table after this time. If you wish to extend your stay, you are most welcome to move to our lounge.
Reservation Confirmation: Higo Restaurant & Lounge reserves the right to accept or deny any online reservation. You will receive a confirmation email once your reservation has been approved.
