📌 Cancellation & Refund Policy

Reservations are confirmed only upon full payment.

Cancellation 5 days before the reservation date → 100% refund
Cancellation 4 days before the reservation date → 50% refund
Cancellation 3 days before the reservation date / on the day / no-show → non-refundable

⛔ Late entry after the performance begins is strictly not allowed, and no refunds or compensation will be provided in such cases.

✈️ Cancellations due to natural disasters or flight cancellations will be refunded only after valid supporting documents are submitted.
📅 Date changes may be allowed depending on availability, but are not guaranteed.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
By completing the reservation, the guest is considered to have agreed to all of the above terms.
