LIVE EVENT TICKETS: Reservations for Live Music Events require full payment upon booking. If payment has not been paid within an hour from the time the booking was made, your booking will be automatically cancelled. Upon attending the event, your payment will be deducted from the final bill. Cancellations requested at least 7 days before the event will qualify for a full refund. After this date, all payments for existing and future bookings become non-refundable. Cancellation requests must be made via email to info@langlandsbrasserie.co.uk. Please include your name and booking reference in the email. Payments allocated to 'no-shows' will NOT be deducted from the bill and cannot be transferred to another member of the party.  DEPOSITS: For popular dates (Valentine’s, Mother’s Day, etc), group bookings, or function suite bookings, we require a non-refundable booking deposit of £10 per person. PLEASE NOTE: Deposits for live music events, group bookings, and function suite bookings are non-refundable. Upon attending the event, the £10 deposit will be deducted from the final bill. £10 deposits allocated to ‘no-shows’ will not be deducted from the bill and cannot be transferred to another member of the party. To clarify, if you are not able to attend for any reason, you will lose your £10 deposit. It will not be refunded or deducted from the final bill. OUTDOOR TABLES Outdoor tables are available on first-come/ first-served rule and are weather dependent. Outdoor tables cannot be reserved by leaving a written note when completing the online reservation. DOG-FRIENDLY RESERVATIONS Our dog friendly area is outside. Please do not request to bring dogs to events, as we will not be able to accommodate you.
