Restaurant Terms & Conditions
A non-refundable minimum-spend deposit of KES 10,000 per person is payable at the time of booking. It is fully redeemable against food and drinks during your visit and cannot be transferred to another reservation.
Reservations are confirmed only once payment has been received. Unpaid reservations may be cancelled.
Scheduled boat transfers between LichtHaus and Musafir, in both directions, and applicable park fees are complimentary. Additional transfers outside the scheduled times cost KES 1,500 per boat, payable upon arrival.
Musafir welcomes guests aged 14 and above. Exceptions may be considered only in limited circumstances and must be agreed in advance. The minimum spend still applies.
Due to the frequent use of nuts and seafood in our kitchen, we are unable to safely cater to guests with nut or seafood allergies. Please notify us of any other allergies or dietary requirements before your visit.
