# Restaurant Reservation Terms & Conditions • Parties of 4 guests or more may be required to pay a deposit to secure the reservation (Monday–Sunday). • Deposits will be fully refunded upon full attendance of all guests included in the reservation. • A £10 fee per guest will be charged for any unattended guest(s) or no-shows. • Reservations may be cancelled or amended free of charge up to 24 hours prior to the reservation time for a full refund of the deposit. • Cancellations, amendments, or reductions in guest numbers made less than 24 hours before the reservation time may result in partial or full forfeiture of the deposit. • In the event of a no-show without prior notice, the deposit will be retained and additional charges may apply. • We kindly ask all guests to arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in reduced dining time during busy periods. • For large group bookings, seating arrangements and dining durations may be subject to restaurant policy and availability. • Korean BBQ House reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations in exceptional circumstances.
