Online Reservation Policy – O2 Rooftop Bar
By submitting an online reservation, guests acknowledge and agree to the following:
- All reservations are subject to availability and are considered confirmed only after acknowledgment by O2 Rooftop Bar.
- Guests are requested to arrive on time. A 30-minute grace period applies from the confirmed reservation time. Tables may be released thereafter without prior notice.
- Upon arrival, guests are required to check in at the reception area and wait to be escorted to their assigned table.
- O2 Rooftop Bar maintains a smart-casual dress code. Proper attire is required, and entry may be refused to guests who do not comply.
