Reservation Time Limits: Table for up to 4 guests are reserved for 1.30 hours and table for 6 are reserved for 2 hours during peak hours. Birthday Cakes : We do not allow birthday cakes or any other high risk dairy items made outside our premises for safety reasons. Allergies : We are unable to cater for serious allergies. For guests with a nut allergy it is important that a valid EpiPen is bought along with you. Special Requests: If you have specific dietary requirements, seating preferences, or special occasions (like birthdays), it's good to inform the restaurant in advance. They may accommodate these requests if possible. Confirmation: It's typical for our restaurants to confirm your reservation, either by phone, email, or SMS. Make sure you respond to confirm your booking to avoid any misunderstandings. Cancellation Policy: The restaurants has a cancellation policy, especially on Friday and Saturday. We reserve the right to cancel the booking if reconfirmation is not done within 12 hours before your reservation. Group of 4 and above are requested to cancel the bookings to avoid no shows.
