You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase or consume alcoholic beverages, and valid government-issued identification may be requested at any time. All reservations are subject to availability, and the venue reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations or events due to unforeseen circumstances. Deposits for private events are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. The venue reserves the right to refuse service to any guest who appears intoxicated, disruptive, or unable to present valid identification. Alcoholic beverages may not be removed from the premises unless permitted by applicable law.
