Restaurant Terms & Conditions
1. Reservation Confirmation:
- Reservation is confirmed upon receiving a confirmation notification.
2. Cancellation Policy:
- Kindly cancel at least 24 hours in advance.
- Late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.
3. Health and Safety:
- No lifeguards are on board; exercise caution.
4. Seating Areas:
- Guests cannot specify seating areas; all areas are unique.
- Seating arrangements are at the discretion of the restaurant and enhance the overall experience.
5. Liability:
- Salty’s is not liable for the loss of personal items while on board.
- Salty’s is not liable for loss of life or injuries incurred during the dining experience.
6. Changes or Cancellations by the Restaurant:
- The restaurant may modify /cancel reservations due to unforeseen circumstances.
- The restaurant reserves the rights to admission
7. Media:
-By entering this venue, you consent to photography and video recording, which may be used on our social media platforms and for promotional purposes.
8. Deposits/Payments
Please note that a redeemable deposit of 2,500KES for bookings of 10 guests and above will be required.
