Restaurant Terms & Conditions
1. Booking Deposit (Fully Redeemable) :
- Adults: KES 1,000 Per Person
- Children under 13 years: KES 500 Per Person
The booking deposit is fully redeemable against your food and beverage bill as well as any water sports conducted on the day of your experience.
2. Booking Commitment & Cancellation Policy
By confirming your booking and making payment, you agree to honour your reservation, as spaces are limited.
48 hours or more before your booking: Full refund of the deposit upon cancellation.
Less than 48 hours before your booking: The deposit is non-refundable and will be forfeited .
3. Acceptance of Terms
By proceeding with your booking and payment, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
4. Health and Safety:
- No lifeguards are on board; exercise caution.
5. Seating Areas:
- Guests cannot specify seating areas; all areas are unique.
- Seating arrangements are at the discretion of the restaurant and enhance the overall experience.
6. Liability:
- Salty’s is not liable for the loss of personal items while on board.
- Salty’s is not liable for loss of life or injuries incurred during the dining experience.
7. Changes or Cancellations by the Restaurant:
- The restaurant may modify /cancel reservations due to unforeseen circumstances.
- The restaurant reserves the rights to admission
8. Media:
-By entering this venue, you consent to photography and video recording, which may be used on our social media platforms and for promotional purposes.
