1. Booking Confirmation All reservations will be confirmed via email and/or SMS. Please ensure your contact details are accurate at the time of booking. 2. Reservation Hold Time Tables will be held for a maximum of 15 minutes after the reserved time. If you are running late, kindly inform us in advance. Otherwise, your table may be released. 3. Table Duration During peak hours, table reservations are limited to 90 minutes per seating to accommodate all guests. Extensions may be available upon request, subject to availability. 4. Group Bookings For groups of 8 guests or more, a pre-order or deposit may be required. Please contact us directly for group or event bookings. 5. No-Show Policy Guests who fail to show up without notice may be restricted from making future bookings. We appreciate a cancellation notice at least 2 hours prior to your reservation. 6. Outside Food & Beverages Outside food and drinks are not permitted. 7. Special Requests We will do our best to accommodate special seating, dietary, or celebration requests, but they are subject to availability and not guaranteed. 8. Child Policy Children are welcome. High chairs are available upon request. 9. Smoking Policy Smoking is not permitted indoors. Designated smoking areas are available. 10.
