Restaurant Terms & Conditions
1. Reservations are strictly required for weekend bookings, walk-ins are welcome to dine in the Deli *from the Deli Menu* on a first come first serve basis.
2. For bookings of 8 or more people, please call us on +254795347488 or WhatsApp us to speak with our team as a deposit is required for larger groups. We cannot guarantee last minute add-ons.
3. Reservations are not confirmed until you receive a confirmation notice from our team.
4. All reservations have a 20 MINUTE HOLD TIME before the table is given away. If running late, or you wish to cancel the booking kindly call us or WhatsApp our team.
5. Please note that your table will be available for a duration of 2 HOURS 30 MINUTES, to accommodate all of our guests, especially on weekends.
6. We will always do our best to facilitate your specific table/restaurant section requests however these CANNOT be guaranteed.
7. Please note breakfast is served until 12pm. Lunch service begins at 12pm with first orders coming out of the kitchen around 12:15. We cannot take breakfast orders after 12pm or lunch orders before 12pm.
8. We have multiple businesses located here for your enjoyment, all payments must be made directly to the correct business.
8. We are strictly CASHLESS. Please note we accept maximum 3 payments per group.
9. CLOSING TIMES: Cafe Kitchen closes at 4pm, Bar and Deli Kitchen close at 5pm. We are closed on Monday’s.
