1. Reservations are strictly required for weekend bookings, Walk-Ins are welcome in the Deli on a first come first serve basis.
2. For bookings of 8 or more people, please call us on +254795347488 or WhatsApp to speak with our team as a deposit is required for larger groups.
3. Reservations are not confirmed until you receive a confirmation notice from our team.
4. All reservations have a 20 MINUTE HOLD TIME before the table is given away. If running late, or you wish to cancel the booking kindly call us or WhatsApp our team.
5. Please note that your table will be available for a duration of 2 HOURS 30 MINUTES , to accommodate all our guests. Thank you for your understanding.
6. We will always do our best to facilitate your table requests however these CANNOT be guaranteed.
7. We are strictly CASHLESS.
8. CLOSING TIMES: Cafe Kitchen closes at 4pm, Bar and Deli Kitchen close at 5pm. We are closed on Monday’s.
