These terms and conditions are set to help us provide a smooth and thoughtful dining experience for all our guests. By confirming a reservation at Ugat Filipino Kitchen, you acknowledge and agree to the guidelines below. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
1. Reservation Confirmation
All reservations are subject to availability. A confirmation will be sent via email or phone once your booking is secured.

2. Arrival Time
We invite guests to arrive 10–15 minutes before your reserved time to settle in and begin your experience smoothly.
Your table will be held for a 20-minute grace period. If we have not received notice of delay after this time, your table may be released to accommodate other guests.
Should you expect to arrive late, please contact us as soon as possible — we will do our best to accommodate adjustments depending on availability.
3. Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel, kindly notify us at least 24 hours before your reservation so we may open the table for others.
No-shows or late arrivals exceeding 20 minutes without notice may result in cancellation of the reservation.
Large group reservations (8 guests or more) may require up to 72 hours’ notice for cancellation or changes.
4. Changes to Reservations
Requests to modify your reservation time or number of guests should be made at the earliest convenience.
Significant adjustments may require reallocation of seating and are subject to availability.
5. Group Reservations
For groups of 8 guests or more, a set menu or pre-order arrangement may apply. Details will be discussed during booking.
6. Special Requests
We are happy to accommodate dietary needs and seating preferences whenever possible.
Please inform us upon booking. While we do our best, special requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
7. Service Charge
A 10% service charge is applied to the final bill.
8. Health & Safety
For the well-being of all guests and our team, please follow any health and safety practices in place during your visit.
9. Restaurant Rights
Ugat Filipino Kitchen reserves the right to decline service to any guest(s) who do not observe these terms or who engage in inappropriate behavior.
We may adjust or cancel reservations in cases of unforeseen circumstances, such as operational concerns or updates to local regulations.
10. Personal Items & Liability
The restaurant is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings brought onto the premises. We are not responsible for indirect or incidental damages related to your dining experience.
11. Final Payment
Payment for your meal and any applicable charges will be settled at the end of your dining experience.
We accept cash, debit/credit cards, and GCash. Feel free to check with our team regarding available payment methods.
12. Privacy
Personal information shared for reservation purposes will be handled confidentially and in accordance with our privacy practices.
