Restaurant Terms & Conditions

1) We will only keep your table for up to 15 minutes after your booking time, though if you are running late please give us a call and we'll see what we can do.
2) We are not child-friendly and as such do not have a dedicated menu for them, though children are not forbidden.
3) We have a selected menu for lunch service, a la carte menu all-day.
4) Any decision regarding permitting entry to the restaurant is entirely at the management discretion.
5) We use QR code for menu, in order to reduce paper waste. Paper menus are available upon request.
8) Making a reservation is always recommended.

***7+ guests***
1) A refundable deposit will be requested for booking 7 guests or above.
2) Your deposit will become non-refundable if you don't attend to your booking at the reserved date and time.
3) A minimum of 24 hours notice is required if you would like to amend your 7+ guests booking.

***Bottomless Brunch***
1) Available for customers to book via the website or to enjoy as a walk in. 120 minutes of unlimited drinks from the time of ordering.
2) Our UMI bottomless brunch includes bottomless drinks and snacks from the list. You may add any of our A La Carte menu item at an additional cost. All menu items are subject to availability.
3) Slots will not be extended for late arrivals.
4) Your plates will be served as and when they’re ready
5) Guests can have only one drink each on the table at the time. It will be replaced once it has been finished.
6) Last orders will be 15 minutes before the end of your chosen time slot.
7) Drinking to excess will not be permitted and participants are required to drink responsibly at all times.
8) Management reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time and without prior notice and reserve the right to refuse serving alcohol to any participant at any time without notice.
9) All bookings require a £5 deposit to secure the booking. Deposits are fully redeemable against the total bill.
10) Deposits will be forfeited should you decide to cancel your booking later than 24 hours prior to the reservation. Full payment in some instances may be required one week prior to the event. Please discuss this with management at the time of the booking.
11) Bottomless brunch is for a minimum of two people and the whole table must be taking part in the offer.
