The Atlantic offers diners a seafood dining experience, boasting that their fish comes straight from the ocean to the plate. Originally from Melbourne, the restaurant was brought to Dubai and is headed by Chef Donovan Cooke. The menu is simple and aims to enhance the natural flavours of the fresh fish and there is an oyster bar. Guests can enjoy their meal whilst seated on the spacious balcony with views out over the Dubai fountains.
