XYST, on Terra’s first floor, brings Mathew Kenney’s plant-based approach to Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cuisine, using artistic license to create vibrant, playful adaptations of traditional cultural dishes. XYST will be a floor of indulgence and comfort. Freshly cooked plant-based patisserie, savory tarts, sandwiches, cold soups, desserts and a wide tea selection will be on offer in the day. XYST will turn into a small plates and wine bar in the evening.
