Restaurant Terms & Conditions

  • Le Saint Géran is an adults-only seafront restaurant offering premium Mauritian cuisine with seafood and French influences in an intimate setting.
  • Lunch is served between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM.
  • Dinner is available from 7:00 PM to 9:30 PM, with final orders accepted by then.
  • The restaurant is closed on Mondays.
  • Children are not permitted at the restaurant, as Le Saint Géran is reserved for adults only.
  • Our dishes may vary depending on the seasons and availability of ingredients.
  • Kindly inform us of any allergies or specific dietary requirements at the time of your booking.
  • Dress code: smart casual from 6:00 PM for both men and women.
    • For gentlemen: long trousers or tailored shorts and closed shoes are required. Sleeveless tops are not permitted.
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited in the dining areas. A designated outdoor smoking area is available.
  • For group bookings of more than 10 guests, a deposit may be requested
  • Your table will be held for up to 30 minutes after the scheduled time, after which it may be released.
  • All prices are in Mauritian Rupees (MUR) and include 15% VAT.
  • We accept payments by credit card, cash, and Juice. Cheques are not accepted.
