We are delighted that you have chosen Sole di Mare for your dining experience. As part of our continued commitment to excellence, we have outlined the following reservation policies to ensure a seamless and exceptional experience for every guest.

Reservation Confirmation
To secure reservations for parties of four (4) or more, a confirmation deposit of US$50 per person is required. This amount will be securely authorized on your credit card seven (7) days prior to your reservation date and serves to confirm your booking. Please note that all reservations must be confirmed within 24 hours of receiving the payment link to guarantee availability. Unconfirmed reservations may be released to accommodate other guests.

Pre-Order Requirement for Large Parties
For parties of nine (9) or more guests, a pre-order is required at least 24 hours in advance. This allows our culinary team to prepare accordingly and ensures a smooth dining experience without delays.

Modification and Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans may change. Reservations may be modified or cancelled up to 24 hours in advance without any charges, and your deposit will be promptly released. For cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled reservation time, or in the case of a no-show, the confirmation deposit will be processed to offset the reserved dining space and preparations made exclusively for your party.

Arrival Guidelines
To ensure the best possible experience for all guests, your reserved table will be held for 15 minutes beyond your scheduled reservation time. Should you arrive later than this grace period, your table may be reassigned based on current dining room capacity, and the reservation may be considered a no-show. If you anticipate a delay, please contact us as soon as possible. Our team will do their utmost to accommodate your arrival, based on availability.
