Tapas takes over Wednesday nights at Hotel Cartagena encouraging the city’s ravishing residents to take a culinary journey of Latin America without borders; from Cuba to Puerto Rico to Colombia, and on to the Caribbean. Allowing diners to design their own gastronomic itinerary via a selection of tapas-style platters and flamboyant cocktails, flavours will be as eclectic as Mrs B’s approach to interior design. As usual, the vibe at my Hotel Cartagena will be keeping energy levels as high as the views across downtown Dubai.
