Aptly named Nuga Gama or Banyan Village, the name was coined from the word Nuga, which means ‘banyan’ and gama, meaning ‘village’. Opened in 2009, this village-themed restaurant is a unique Sri Lankan venue, featuring wattle and daub huts and traditionally dressed staff.
