You asked so our Thursday Steak Feast at The Foundry is back! Indulge in a collection of signature dishes served directly to your table. Enjoy multi-servings of a delightful selection of steakhouse classics, including freshly-shucked oysters, crisp salads and top-quality cuts.
In a sophisticated setting, we offer a superb selection of the finest cuts from prime-aged beef to freshly -caught seafood and chicken, which are cooked to perfection in our signature Josper wood-fired oven. A host of tempting appetizers as well as unlimited range of salads.
Welcomed with a glass of Rouge 75 (sparkling, gin, orange and raspberries) you then begin your culinary journey with a ‘little posh fish pie’ (diver scallops, jumbo crab and king prawns). A delightful beet, ginger and coconut soup is followed by a pan-fried potato gnocchi before seguing into the main course. Choose either the olive oil poached 42 degrees salmon or ULSA grass-fed Argentinian rib eye.
There has never been a Valentine’s Day without chocolate and the evening culminates with a sharing dessert that is bound to get hearts racing.
