Look forward to a day of Arabic inspired music and a specially created menu drawn from the history of the island called Pantelleria . Pantelleria is an Italian island in the Mediterranean sea that had been conquered a number of times by the Arabs. This resulted in a fusion of cultures and a delightful creation of Arab and Italian inspired dishes.
