This opulent restaurant will be the first-of-its-kind, pairing authentic food and heritage with progressive ideals. The unique menu is engineered by the brilliant, Chef Sufyan Al Kebata, formerly at the helm of Ninive, La Cantine, and Twiggy. بانتظار الضيوف تجربة عنوانها المغامرة في مطعم "ڤاغا" VAGA الراقي الجديد، وهو وجهة تنبض بالحياة على جزيرة "بلوواترز” . يُشكّل مطعم "ڤاغا" ملاذًا لذوّاقة الطعام، ويرتقي بأطباق الفيوجن إلى أبعاد جديدة، إذ يجمع بأسلوب مبتكر بين المطبخَين العربي والأرمني، مستمدًا الوحي من التراث والتقاليد في المنطقتَين.
يستمدّ اسم "ڤاغا" الوحي من مصطلح "vagabond" باللغة الإنجليزية، ويعني الهائم، أي الرحّالة الذي يهوى السفر والاستكشاف. يصطحب "ڤاغا" كل ضيف في رحلة عنوانها التشويق والاستكشاف، ويوفّق بين ثقافتَين مميّزتَين بوجهَيهما التقليدي والمعاصر.
يُشكّل هذا المطعم الفاخر سابقة في مجاله، ويوفّق بين المأكولات المحضّرة على الأصول والتقاليد من جهة، وبين الأفكار السابقة لعصرها من جهة أخرى. أعدّ قائمة المطعم المميّزة الشيف اللامع سفيان الغبيط، الذي سبق وكان مسؤولًا في مطاعم "نينيف" و"لا كانتين" و"تويغي". فقد تُوّج الشيف سفيان منذ زمن بطل المطبخ العربي، وسيتسنّى للضيوف تذوّق إبداعه وشغفه في كل لقمة لذيذة.
