The best restaurant in Dubai and the staff are outstanding and the food is more that 5 star. Banwari is the boss and the most helpful and humble gentleman, his staff are OUTSTANDING

We had a wonderful dinner tonight at Amala.
The food was absolutely fantastic — beautifully prepared, full of flavor, and clearly made with care. Every dish we tried was a delight.
