Bring in the new day with special KaRavan sunrise session of Pierre Ravan with Heartfulness yoga followed by Heartfulness meditation progressing to his musical set , flowing into a vegetarian breakfast of fresh fruit and vegetables before ramping up the days energy with music from Pierre Ravan, Charl Chaka and Nawar.

Ladies can enjoy a two or three-course meal orchestrated in a set menu which includes British classics and Marina Social's signature dishes including the Salad of Snow Peas and the Classic Steak Tartare, the Chargrilled Flank Steak Roast Sirloin and finishing on a sweet note with a Raspberry Trifle and freshly-baked Madeleines.
