Have you always been perturbed by the art of sushi? Now you can roll like a pro and learn to make a variety of Japanese sushi with our team of master Chefs.

We provide all the guidance you will need to create Sushi and Temari (colorful ball shaped sushi canapés originating from Kyoto) in this 3 hour session held on the final Saturday of each month (or upon request for private groups).

Price: 3 hour Sushi master class:
AED 299 per person (minimum of eight people required per class).

Upgrade to free-flow of house grapes and sake for an additional AED 99 per person for 2 hours.

Paired with biryani, naan bread, chapatti’s or paratah. Venture to the live charmuri station to sample the Southern Indian specialty made from puffed rice and spices or enjoy chaat, raita and papaya salad from the buffet selection.

Experience the very best of Latin American cuisine. Indulge in Brazilian seafood stew, Picante chicken and roast beef with chimichurri sauce or venture over to the live-stations for quesadillas and tacos.

Tuesday Mediterranean Night
Take a gastronomic journey around the very best of the Mediterranean. Sample a selection of Mediterranean-inspired dishes from the buffet which includes paella, couscous, pasta and baked fish.

Wednesday Italian Night
For all of the pizza and pasta lovers. Experience the very best of Italy with a buffet featuring aricini, chicken piccata with eggplant parmigiana and Tuscan baked fish. Venture over to the live-stations for freshly prepared antipasti, bruschetta and ravioli.

Thursday Curry Night
