Main courses comprise of mixed grill, samkeh hara (suman fish with hara sauce) or maghmour (vegetable stew with tomato sauce and white rice), while guests can end the meal with a traditional dessert selection of cheese kunafa, ashtaliye (semonlina, fresh cream and candied nuts) and baklawa (an assortment of buttered pastry, nuts and sugar syrup).
