Indu, located at the InterContinental Amman, takes you back to colonial India with its traditional décor and authentic menu. Standard dishes are prepared with finesse to ensure the samosas are light and crisp, the tandoori and chicken tikka is moist and delicately seasoned, and the nan and paratha are slightly charred to perfection. To some, the curries stand out the most, adding distinct flavor without being overwhelming. In addition to seasonal menus, Indu features specialties from a different gastronomic region of India each month.
