Kizmet is an affordable neighborhood wine bar with an enticing selection of small plates designed for sharing. Spread over two floors, the downstairs brasserie overlooks the open kitchen while the upstairs is reminiscent of a Miami Cuban rum bar with large black and white marble tiles and Jewel Tones colors.
