The chef made me the best meal I had over the course of 2 weeks in Malta! It was sea bass with mussels, shrimp and clams steamed in a foil packet. You could tell how fresh it was and it was perfectly...

Spent a week in Bugibba and ate here 6 nights the food was lovely all freshly cooked and very tasty , unlike many establishments they make their own chips not frozen and all fresh vegetables.
