DRIFT's adult-only restaurant opens up directly to the sparkling pool, inviting guests to indulge in long, laid-back lunches with friends and family. Under the artful eye of chef de cuisine Maxime Le Van, the menu has been curated to match the chic surroundings and cool crowds. Provençal dishes are masterfully interpreted; lobsters tagliatelles and steak-frites are thoughtfully imagined with the finest fresh and organic ingredients.
