Le Deck restaurant at Sofitel Cairo El Gezirah has introduced a new way to experience a French- Japanese fusion with one of the most sophisticated and creative cuisine in Cairo. Presents a unique particularity, it floats on the Nile, a relaxing and peaceful experience on the river. The menu is designed by Laurent Peugeot, executive Chef of the eponymous one Michelin-starred restaurant and is realised by Chef David Tavernier. The Chefs are French and their team is of a broad range of nationalities, enabling them to master a wide variety of cuisines. Cairo’s markets provide the inspiration behind the seasonal menu at this unique floating restaurant in the Nile.
