Enjoy everything from the finest of hors d’oeuvres to the freshest of salads, salmon and galantines, a fresh array of shrimp, mussels, crab, Omani lobster to hot and cold mezzes, warm soups, Italian-, Mexican-, and Asian-inspired entrees, cheese boards with the finest selection, as well as a surprise dish prepared exclusively by Executive Chef Yann Lejard and culminating with a sweet chariot of dessert. All served by our very own Ritz-Carlton butlers.
