BLACKROCK is a delicious, very healthy, and interactive dining experience. Your meal is presented on preheated volcanic rocks at your table. The BLACKROCK dining method allows your food to sear in all its natural juices, flavours and nutrients. All the fat is trimmed off our cuts and no oils are used in the cooking process. The rocks are preheated to over 440°C in a specially designed and purpose-built oven. In the kitchen, mild salt flakes are speared on the rock. The steak or food is placed on the rock for seconds then flipped over and served. This guarantees a taste that is unique to BLACKROCK. For a perfect BLACKROCK experience, simply cut one bite-slice of your chosen meal and flip it on the rock to sear and cook to your liking.
