French Fine Dining $$

A fine dining tradition since the 1970s, Cocteau is an award winning establishment and an architectural marvel. The upscale French bistro is renowned for its steak tartar and bouillabaisse, a wintertime sea food dish native to southern France. Friday’s are bouillabaisse nights and the eatery is often full of French food aficionados. Patrons are often taken aback at the striking interiors of the place – with high ceilings and long chandeliers, a long glass bar and a huge wine cellar, the place is complete with the frills and fancies of a classic French brasserie. Popular dishes include the Cigalle de Mer, a cooked lobster dish, the beef stroganoff, steak filet, tagliolini with Iberian ham, and clams St. Jacques bathed in a creamy mushroom sauce.
